FEM simulation of thixo‐viscoplastic flow problems: Error analysis

چکیده

This note is concerned with the essential part of Finite Element Methods (FEM) approximation error analysis for quasi-Newtonian modelling thixo-viscoplastic (TVP) flow problems. The developed FEM settings thixotropic generalized Navier-Stokes equations based on a constrained monotonicity and continuity coupled system, which cornerstone an efficient monolithic Newton-multigrid solver. manifested coarseness in energy inequality by means proportional dependency its constants regularization, nonoptimal estimate microstructure, extra regularity requirement velocity, due to weak coercivity microstructure operator one hand approach other hand, we dealt stabilized higher order FEM. Furthermore, show importance taking into consideration thixotropy inhabited material presenting numerical solutions TVP problems 4:1 contraction configuration.
